Quercetin and curcumin have antiplatelet effects relevant to anyone on anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy. Echinacea may additionally affect renal clearance of lithium, which has a narrow therapeutic margin. L-lysine is cleared by the kidneys and places additional load on them at higher intakes. Selenium has a narrower gap between adequate and excessive intake than most nutrients, which matters if you take other supplements containing it. Echinacea belongs to the daisy family, so anyone allergic to ragweed or chrysanthemum should treat it cautiously. These are documented cautions, not formalities.
