Anything factual takes priority. This product has been repriced before, so if a package figure has drifted from what the seller currently shows, telling us is genuinely useful and the page gets corrected.
Orders, delivery and refunds
None of that arrives here, and it is kinder to say so than to leave somebody waiting. We publish; we do not sell. No stock, no payment system, no access to the seller's records. Your order is invisible from this side, which rules out amending it, cancelling it or refunding it.
Your checkout confirmation carries the order number and the seller's support address. Everything below belongs there:
- Tracking and delivery timing
- A delivery address that needs correcting
- Cancelling before dispatch
- Claiming within the 60-day window
- Any question about the charge itself
If the confirmation is nowhere to be found, check spam before anything else — that is where it usually is.
Health questions
We cannot tell you whether this is right for you, whether it is safe with your medication, or what to do about a symptom. Those belong with somebody who has your medical history in front of them.
Two things on the main page are worth taking to that conversation: the autoimmune and immunosuppressant caution, which is the most consequential item on this site, and the blood-thinner note. If either applies to you, raise it before ordering rather than after.
If you represent the brand
Factual corrections are made the same day on evidence. What will not be actioned: removing the autoimmune caution, deleting the note that the advertised savings figures do not all reconcile, or softening the statement that this product does not replace prescribed treatment. Each is accurate, and a reader without them is worse off.
